Chris Tweedy

Chris Tweedy is an experienced attorney, financial executive, and business leader and has practiced law since 2005. Chris also serves as general counsel to several midsized businesses and works closely with the Chickasaw Nation. Chris advises clients in a wide range of transactional matters, including entity formation and organization, corporate governance, compliance, banking, real estate, healthcare, as well as mergers and acquisitions. Chris is a member of the Oklahoma Bar Association (Corporate, Healthcare and Real Estate Sections), the Chickasaw Bar Association, and served as a past member of the Oklahoma Real Estate Commission Contracts Committee.
